Do you just blend it with butter or do you add anything else?I crumbled it over salads all the time.

Pepper (the cheese is already pretty salty)
Optional (any or all):
Shallots
Garlic
Herbs
Scallions
Smoosh it all together. Form it into a log and wrap in plastic. Chill.
Slice it to serve.
Eat with fruit(apples/pears)and enjoy with a nice glass of port.
Wow, I haven't seen anyone suggest drinking port as an apertif in a long while. I'm with you! It's nice. An acquired taste, but nice, especially on cold nights.
