Oh my!I did a Vietnamese Caramel Fish recipe from Milk Sreet.
Started with a caramel of coconut water and sugar, then added fish sauce, lime peel, ginger, shallots. Poached cod fillets in the sauce for 6 minutes, removed and reduced the sauce.
Wow! Flavor pop! Definitely on the repeat list.
Aged USDA PRIME filet mignon and sirloin steaks, sous vide method. Asparagus and baked potatoes too.
Yeah it was super good. This was the best filet mignon I ever had from the same place.I don't think I've ever seen a steak for $37.00/lb, Ironman! Maybe Weygu or Kobe, but I've not seen either of those in a supermarket.
