Lee & Medtran- The Rosa Stella Black Label wine is
Terrific. It is sweet and sparkly. Almost
like a Champaign. Desert wine for sure.

I did a Vietnamese Caramel Fish recipe from Milk Sreet.

Started with a caramel of coconut water and sugar, then added fish sauce, lime peel, ginger, shallots. Poached cod fillets in the sauce for 6 minutes, removed and reduced the sauce.

Wow! Flavor pop! Definitely on the repeat list.

I don't think I've ever seen a steak for $37.00/lb, Ironman! Maybe Weygu or Kobe, but I've not seen either of those in a supermarket.

Any more photos? Was it worth it?

Yeah it was super good. This was the best filet mignon I ever had from the same place.
