Sugar Steaks

Cook's Illustrated/Cook's Country - their sugar steaks are seasoned with a mixture of sugar and salt, left to sit awhile, then sprinkled again with some sugar and pepper before grilling.

I FINALLY got around to buying and trying Israeli couscous!

It's delicious with just salted and buttered. I mixed some in with sautéed spinach. Excellent!
