four medium size golden delicious.

we have a peeler/slicer/corer gizmo - so it's peel/quarter the slices.
150g white sugar (3/4 cup) + 2 T cinnamon

toss to coat add raisins...

here's an idea for nicely searing dry pack scallops:

pre-heat a cast iron pan in the oven to 500'F
takes minimum 40 minutes.

swish with end of butter stick
plop in the scallops
close the...

the cashew volume changes with chop - unchopped about 5/8 cup
KA says the AP runs 120g/cup, so 1.5 cups.

this is an interesting and tasty marinade - originally came from a "lettuce wrap" dish.
wrap bombed but the chicken is really tasty.

3-4 hr marinading
preheated hot pan
the sweet chili sauce...
