Wet burritos with chicken and green sauce (Tomatillos and Poblanos), red rice and refried black beans. My burrito fell apart removing from the pan. Didn't effect the flavor.

Looks like a good Carolina mustard sauce. Do you like the vinegar based sauce as well? When I make cupcake chicken thighs vinegar sauce is part of the finishing glaze.

We have an LEM grinder and stuffer that handles 5# batches. The beef casings are called "Rounds" and are 43 to 44 mm. I forgot the reason we originally bought them.
