it's a 'normal' brownie mix out of the box, with melted Andes Mints on top. those are a layer of mint between two chocolate layers. individually wrapped in foil......

chili. we've got (essentially) freezing temps at night now....

used the 'extra' beef tenderloin in beans from scratch chili.
if you have a good chili (con carne) recipe, try an upper end...

nope.
they don't have a steel, so I got that.

plus the Clauss shears (no longer made) because the hole is cut to that size. the cheapo one usually have plastics at the pivot and are too...

patterned after the mega block I built to hold bunches of stuff.
tomorrow is add the 45' bottom . . .

heehee. I managed to snarf a 9.xx turkey - so we had dinner, turkey-bean soup, sandwiches one lunch. there's a leg left that may wind up making the pup happy....

you're playing with botulism. it can kill. details matter.
botulism requires a non acid pH range, the absence of oxygen, a smidge of water, and the right temps. the temp range is very wide,...

I forget exactly what the dish was - a cream something - but it called for flour and heavy cream. I whisked the flour into the cold heavy cream - it thickened noticeable and creating the lumpless...
