Homemade chicken soup with carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini and orzo. Craig had an upset tummy so that made a very nice meal for us.

Not going to comment on the drama, but why in the world, other than covering up the fishy taste from the wet pack solution, would you use all those spices and chile peppers on a scallop for goodness...

A one pot meal. Mediterranean chicken with fennel, garlic, lemon slices, nicoise olives, capers, chicken stock, cream, parm, and fettuccine. It was pretty darn good!

Homemade pot stickers. The half moons are pork and the rectangles with wings are crawfish. Sesame and soy sauce for the pork ones. Citrus for the crawfish.
