I never said pork was OK and turkey wasn't.
I said frying or deep frying is bad or unhealthy. I said the southern folks are grease lovers....

Actually, I don't celebrate thanksgiving or any of the holidays because of religious beliefs.
So, no, I don't eat anything around a thanksgiving table and I don't like turkey or stuffing anyway.

I don't care for scrambled eggs, either. I don't like the taste when you scramble the yolk and albumen together. I like 'em separated. Soft boiled or poached.

You've probably seen my little Pyrex bowls with a snap on lids. I keep fresh fruit in them for days and days at a time.
You shouldn't have any troubles keeping...

They freeze. Ziplock.
How long are you wanting to keep them?
They have their own skin so any condition in the fridge for a few days is harmless.

Yup, that's it! Wouldn't own one that didn't have a lazysusan type stand. I can scrape and mix at the same time both forward and backwards. Great mixer with a glass bowl. Love it!

I made some more split pea soup, deviled eggs and warmed up the leftover chicken over rice and vegetables recipe I made yesterday.
