I just made a french rolling pin as a special order that has a 1" steel rod embedded in the middle.
The pin weighed over 5#.
The buyer wanted it heavy, she got it.

I'm close. I am on a soft boiled egg kick lately. Then I like Jimmie Dean Sausage too. I buy the tube of sausage slice off a patty press it very thin and chop it up and mix it in my soft boiled eggs....

Down day for food. Both of us are sick. Made chicken soup in ihe instant pot. No recipe. Basically emptied the vegetable bin, added chicken and seasonings. 20 min later soup's on.

Love them all. The cat between the knitted blankets is absolutely 100% cat. The one by the heater reminds me of my PT who laid by the wood stove till she was so hot you could not touch her.

Ghee question

In my search to eat better, I am trying out Ghee instead of butter to fry my eggs. Cast iron griddle, lower temp, using Ghee the eggs stick to the pan like mad. Butter, no issues. Any ideas?
