Carbonara benedict, which is an alfredo sauce, my home cured gammon, poached egg on an English muffin. Sides of a spinach and arugula salad and fried potatoes.

Pizza dough

Somebody asked Craig for this a while back, but I don't think he ever saw it. We're having pizza tonight and I remembered when I was mixing the dough last night.

The meat is normally black. Look them up, they are quite beautiful for chickens and apparently make really good pets.

The cooking time should be kept at 2 hours, maybe even a bit less. It was literally falling apart at 2.5 hours. Had to take it out with a large spatula.

The other side was a dragon fruit salad...

Crawfish shrimp and cheesy grits. Sharp cheddar in the grits. Red, yellow and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, homemade andouille, bacon, butter and seafood stock, and crawfish obviously.

Actually, I just used 2 pans, a saucepan and saute pan. Course the pork belly and broth had been cooked previously and frozen. I was thinking about starting a thread myself as we really liked this.
