When I was a kid, it was one of my favorite things to order from Taco Bell. You can still order it, but it's not on the menu. I just recently started making them myself, it's just to easy!

I know making them from scratch is the best, but I really love these refried beans when you are in a pinch. I buy the big bag and just scoop out what I need. I cup of the dried to one cup of water....

I think it is made from the yuzu fruit, plant, some form of citrus. And yes, it is spicy, but in a different kind of way. It is totally addicting.
