this is an interesting and tasty marinade - originally came from a "lettuce wrap" dish.
wrap bombed but the chicken is really tasty.

3-4 hr marinading
preheated hot pan
the sweet chili sauce...

if you search for cookware with detachable handles / removable handles, the handle bit limits the hits...

I prefer the Krystal = filtered variety over the Hefe (cloudy) types - the hefe/yeast leaves a sticky sweet aftertaste

but I've not found any...

The entire trick to this dish is absolutely fresh potato and green...

they are thinner, lighter and smoother than the new stuff.
people who have the old stuff and the new stuff find the old stuff infinitely...
