DD#1 ordered pork mei fun, chicken lo mein, scallion pancakes and pork fried rice for everyone to share. DD#2 ordered sushi for herself.

I had a small amount of that and a small amount of pasta...

Grill till tender. DD grilled them on the stove top grill pan. I cut it small and ate with a piece of steak. So it was all chewy. LOL

Pasta salad (no mayo) is done and chilling. I have a sirloin steak and ground beef ready to go. No one wanted the buns so burgers on the plate, pasta salad and homemade pickles.

I’m going to make pasta salad. The chicken has been marinading overnight in olive oil, fresh garlic, oregano and spices.

I have a sirloin steak and ground beef.

Thank you Sass. It was so easy and tasted fantastic. I was surprised that we got two good recipes off the internet. We tweeked them just a bit. But very good.

DD and I went to D Mart (Indian food store) yesterday and I picked up spices. We decided to make Homemade Butter Chicken AND Homemade Naan bread for our lunch. Hub and other DD not into Indian food....

Just put sewer pipes on my shopping list. Only wish they still made them like when I was a kid - short and fat. Now they are longer and thinner. :sad:

DD#1 and hub are having subs.

I took out 2 shell/strip steaks for DD#2 and I. We'll eat later. Sides will likely be steamed cauliflower and mashed/whipped yuks.
