None of my family are cashiers. But protecting the cashiers will also protect everyone they work with. Hub is in produce dept. and DD's are in online shopping. They don't get any protection.

I use AP flour for any recipe because I don't usually have bread flour. I don't really see much if any difference when I use bread flour.
