Lucky, I think subbing the chili sauce for the honey was an inspired choice! Gave your salmon a beautiful color and more flavor than plain honey would have.

Got a new beef rub as a gift from a friend and I tried it on my grilled strip steak tonight. OMG, it was fantastic!

Had to taste-test a little piece on the end before I took the pic. So good!
