Thanks Lucky.

I'll try and get pictures of my others later Lucky.
They're in the basement.
Right now I'm entertaining the grandies while Mommy mows.

Not plates, but as I was washing dishes and putting away, I thought I'd share these.
3 piece set of Pyrex bowls.
I use them for storing fresh made salads and leftovers.

I've had Granny's (The Warden's Mom) 'Good' dishes in the Hutch lo' these many years....... might bring them out and get some use out of them before I croak, and somebody hauls them off to sell, or to the Goodwill...........
I've been utilizing the Serving bowl for Pasta dishes lately (like last night's Mussels), but that's about it........ just not into the same pattern and color every night.....

We were suppose to move to Myrtle Beach in September. We sold almost every plate pot, & pan in our house. I do have one cup I cherish. I bought it during a trip to the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt County. These redwoods were amazing.

Nice!
I'll show you some things I've collected recently, as soon as I get them down from the top cupboard.
I bought a crystal bowl.
Heavy. I'll use it for trifle.
Other stuff too.
I'll do it later.

The one in the back is very heavy crystal.
The others I believe are crudites platters.

Bump!

Stopped by a church rummage sale yesterday afternoon and found these.
Poor lonely things just sitting there with no mates.
DIL bought a crock insert, different thread coming on that.

Thrift shop finds.
Another plate.
And a Food Network ceramic skillet.
Someone loved this skillet and took good care of it.
Now it's my turn.
Not one bit of damage. 1 dollar!

Bump!

New pieces!
Found an Anolon pot and small skillet too.
Not a scratch on them.
These all came from the second hand shop.
Found another scalloped edge plate as well.
The inner parts of the kitchen are slowly being filled with things to make it workable.
Lol

Bump!
Recently browsed the second hand shop and found some nice plates.
The one with the design I found on Ebay and etsy, going for anywhere from $15-$30 for one plate.

My aunt (mother's sister) had some plates with a shape of petals on the outer edge(lip or rim?). We used to call them literally translated from Sinhala "ear plates" because it looked more like human ears rather than flower petals. lol.
Anyway a collector had offered to buy them for a huge amount of money, I mean huge compared to the price of a plate. But she had declined the offer as it's more a memory than a utensil.
I told her to sell them which made her furious. lol.
