Peach schnapps
Raspberry Coulis
Whipped Cream
Slice peaches along the natural line.
Twist to separate. Remove the stones.
Marinate in peach schnapps overnight.
Grill marinated peach halves lightly over hot coals.
Remove to plate, garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with raspberry coulis.
Raspberry Coulis
1 TSP red wine, cabernet sauvignon
1/2 PINT fresh raspberries
2 TBSP water
3 TSP sugar
Place raspberries, water, sugar, and red wine in a small sauté pan.
Cook over high heat until raspberries are soft.
Remove berries and strain to remove seeds.
Reduce remaining liquid until it thickens.
