There are no rules just a single dish or a meal involving the showcased ingredient.

When possible entry may include your recipe/instructions (or a link to your recipe). Pictures of your entry are always welcome and would be wonderful but not mandatory.

Let's have fun with this!!

I've just looked at a couple of recipes that involve shrimp in sauce/gravy over mashed potatoes.
Two of my favourite things in one spot.. MMMMMmmmm lol

I am going nutso here looking for recipes that I like for shrimp in a creamy mustard sauce.

There are a few that call for garlic, tarragon, dry white wine, half and half.. that's probably what I am going to try.

Another said to use a brown gravy using Kitchen Bouquet.
My shrimp entry should be interesting to say the least lol

I made something I'm gonna call Shrimp with Ginger and a Kick!

Ginger
Garlic
Habenero
Orange zest
Black pepper
Shrimp

I infused the oil with the first 4. Then dredged the shrimp in flour, and sauteed it in the infused oil. WOW! Spicy kick!

I'm doing this again, and I'll write it down next time.

Sage, that is a gorgeous shrimp dish.
I love me some pepper, and a lot of it.
Hmmmm.. Thursday will be shrimp day here.
I think I'll use the ones in the freezer creating something of my own and not some recipe out there on the net.
It'll be called Garlic Pepper Shrimp In Butter Sauce O'er Mashed Potatoes.
Me thinks James Beard would approve. ;)

There is a story behind "Widdah Lodda Buddah"
Visited my friend Pauline in RI.
This was around Thanksgiving years ago.
We were shopping and some lady in line at the supermarket ahead of us sent her daughter racing to get some butter for the YEEAMS (Yams) because she said "You know Dad likes his yeeams widdah lodda buddah"
I have never forgotten that LOL!!

For this, I made Shrimp and Mushroom Alfredo over Angel Hair Pasta.

Had fresh green beans with Dutch New Potatoes and Ham Hocks, along with Dollop Crab Cakes on the side.

That's very nice Keltin!
I like the creaminess of the shrimps and mushrooms.
Ya can't go wrong with green beans and taters, that's southern all the way!
The little crab cakes are cute and look yummy.
