I got a whole butterflied and rolled leg of lamb. On sale $9.99 a lb. ($5.00 off a lb. ). It was $70.00 for 7 lbs. I’ll cut into 3 pieces. Three lamb meals for three people. I think that’s a good deal.

Oh yeah, I'll be going to Good Friday services tomorrow at St. Augustine, my church... can't decide if my meal will be lunch or dinner.
I guess it doesn't matter.

I wonder if anyone does the stations of the cross anymore.
St. Auggie's does.
I'll be staying for the Stations too.
They normally do them after the service.
As usual, I'll be there early before, for the rosary as well.
So that's going to be a lot of hours in church.
I've got much to pray for and be thankful for.

As it turns out, breakfast was our main Easter meal. You know I had cataract surgery on Wednesday, then last night I couldn't sleep. Today, my eye is throbbing. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow, but in the meantime, Judy suggested we have leftovers tonight and make a holiday meal Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hesitate to jump on that suggestion.

My duck dinner will wait a day.
