About two months ago I started my first starter. I have been playing with it in a bread maker but without any good results. I have done a couple searches on google for a good recipe but I haven't been satisfied yet. Does anyone have any good sourdough recipes they love?

Last night my wife made stuffed peppers with ground turkey. I was a little hesitant at first but it turned out great. I was surprised how good the turkey was. She say's it's healthier and it wasn't that much more then hamburger. Anybody tried any other hamburger substitutes?
