    Meat smoking newbie

    I am new to smoking meats - I've never done it before. What kind of equipment do you use? What are your top 5-10 tips on smoking your own meats.

    America's Test Kitchen

    Does anyone like America's Test Kitchen on PBS? My wife loves that show. I like how it seems pretty balanced and lacks the drama of some of the other kitchen shows. It really is just all about cooking.
