gingerale microwave just till warm, small sips. ginger calms the tummy.

Nothing. Let your stomach rest for 12 to 24 hours. Just drink small sips of water. Then move on to small quantities of bland food for another 24 to 48 hours before resuming your regular diet.

Works for dogs and people too.

When I was pregnant I had two choices....and both used extreme temperatures. One was tea with sugar as hot as I could stand it...and the other was gingerale as cold as I could stand it.

Once you get to a point where you can keep stuff down, think BRAT - bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

when i was preggie i barfed till i gave birth BOTH times. only things that stayed down was chinese and pizza!!

but gingerale warmed up helped the best for me.
