Bleu Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup mayo
4 ounces Bleu cheese, crumbled, plus 1 oz, also crumbled
1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
Use electric mixer to combine all ingredients, except the 1 oz, until smooth.
Using a spatula, fold in the 1 oz. cheese crumbles.
Tightly cover and refrigerate. Use within 10 days.
