1 pound(s) GROUND BEEF; Real Lean.
1 clove(s) GARLIC; Minced.
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.
1/2 cup(s) BREAD CRUMBS; Dry.
1/4 cup(s) MILK
1/3 cup(s) PIZZA SAUCE
1/4 teaspoon(s) OREGANO; Crushed.
GREEN BELL PEPPER; Chopped, Optional.
ONION; Chopped, To Taste.
MOZZARELLA CHEESE; Shredded.
CHEDDAR CHEESE; Shredded.


In a bowl mix together the ground beef, garlic, bread crumbs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie pan, running up the sides to make a crust.
Spread the pizza sauce over beef.
Sprinkle your desired toppings on top.
Sprinkle beef with the oregano.
Bake at 375 degrees (http://www.netcookingtalk.com/forums/l%20) for 30 minutes or until done.
Cut into wedges to serve.
Serves 4

Mmmmm a no-crust deep dish pizza of sorts! I'm all over this one, butterfly!

Maybe mix in some sausage meat with the beef. Oh yeah!
