Got this one from Woman's Day magazine.
Sounds good to me!
2 c cooked ham- cubed
3 ripe medium tomatoes- cut in chunks
1 can (11 oz) corn kernels-drained
4 oz chunk Monterey Jack cheese, cut in long, thick strips
1/3 c thin red onion wedges
2/3 c ranch dressing
1/3 c chopped parsley
1 small head Boston lettuce, leaves separated
1/2 c smoked almonds
Toss first 7 ingredients in a large bowl to mix and coat.
Line a large serving platter with lettuce. Top with ham mixture, sprinkle with almonds and serve immediately.
