BBQ Slaw Dog

Ingredients
4 Hot Dogs
1 cup smoked Pulled Pork
1 cup Cole Slaw
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (tomato based)

Hot Dog Buns (I used “Snuggles”)

Mayonnaise (optional)
1/2 cup Carolina BBQ Sauce (vinegar based – optional)
Jalapeno slices (optional)
Pickle Slices (optional)

Procedure
Put Hot Dogs on a medium-hot grill. Turn every 3 minutes. With each turn, slather on some BBQ sauce. The sauce should set and be sticky and gooey on the dog. Cook till done, about 10 minutes

Open a Hot Dog Bun and add a thin slather of Mayo if desired. Add a cooked Hot Dog. Now sprinkle on a layer of the Pulled Pork (the Pulled Pork should be warm). At this point, you can add some more BBQ sauce (tomato or vinegar based). If desired, add some Jalapeno slices. Finally, top with 2 Tbsp of Cole Slaw and a pickle slice. Serve with fries and pickles spears and a carafe of Carolina BBQ Sauce (vinegar based).
