Meat & Veggie Casserole

1 pound of ground beef
1 can of Cream of Celery soup
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/3 cup frozen corn (or can)
1 can of green beans or 16 oz. frozen
1/2 half cup of baby carrots
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 stick butter
2( medium) thin sliced potatoes
salt, pepper, italian seasoning to taste
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Brown ground beef in frying pan, drain. Brown onion lightly in small amount of butter
in the pan. Add onion, soup, salt, pepper and seasoning to drained meat
Place this mixture in a 9x13 dish, layer veggies on top of meat mixture. Mix eggs, butter
and milk together, pour over layers in dish, add cheese as top layer. Place in 325 for one​
hour covered with foil. Then remove foil and broil till top is golden brown.
