You mean what I actually eat or what i want to eat?
Usually a toasted bagel and an orange or apple. Sometimes a hot bowl of cream of wheat, or a bowl of dry cereal and a banana.
What I want, Gravy, biscuits, sausage, hash browns and eggs, maybe a couple of pancakes on the side.
Hopefully you can have the bad stuff once in awhile.
I meant what were you going to eat or what had you eaten ... but dream breakfasts are okay too. I love bacon. bacon bacon bacon .... but I only have it once every two or three weeks.

If you like bacon you need to try IHOP's new bacon omelet.

Variation this morning, I put a slice of sharp cheddar on the bagel before I toasted it. Cup of coffee and a glass of oj.

I recently found that I am HOOKED on the blueberry muffins from our local grocer's bakery so I normally eat one of those with a glass of OJ and a peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks... I know, I am terrible!!!
If I don't have a muffin, I will substitute a pop tart or bagel w/ cream cheese.
My dream breakfast would be biscuits and sausage gravy, very thick, sausage in any form, eggs, and some type of fried potato.
Now a days I normally have toast and some type of juice, and once in a while a big omelet with lots of peppers and onions, and home grown eggs!!! http://www.netcookingtalk.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif Sometimes I have an egg sandwich.

Fried eggs, over easy. Elk sausage. Hominy grits with butter. Whole wheat toast with butter, not margarine.
And a good strong English tea with milk and sugar! :chef::chef:
2nd choice:
SOS and eggs! :D

Getcha a Dutch oven. Get some coals or briquettes going.
Dice up a pound or so of bacon, a large onion, some cloves of garlic. Put the DO on top of some coals, or 16-18 briquettes. Start frying the bacon. As it cooks, add the onions and garlic. Toss in a diced green or yellow bell pepper. Once the bacon is pretty much cooked, toss in 8 or so potatoes, diced up. Move the coals so it cooks a bit slower, or remove a few briquettes(ten or so is good). Put coals or about 14-16 briquettes on the DO lid.
crack open a dozen eggs in a bowl. Give them a little whisk to mix them up. Add a little ground black pepper.
When the potatoes are pretty much done, pour the eggs over the top.
While the eggs are cooking, grate about 1/2lb of sharp cheddar, and 1/2lb of pepper jack cheese. Stir in a little of the cheese, sprinkle the rest on top. Cook till eggs are done.
Spoon in to dishes, around a nice camp fire. Liberally apply your favorite hot sauce.
Enjoy:chef:
Try it with some country sausage, or chorizo too
Here's a link to a similar recipe too:
