I made an angle food cake today.

Yep, I run forums and do IT stuff but do not cook. I eat. :D

However my wife could use a little help today so I made an angle food cake and now I have a whole chicken in the oven (it has the little pop up to tell me when it's done). Salted it peppered it and put some poultry rub on it. We'll see how it comes out.

My spell checker will only catch so much ....if you use the wrong word spelled correctly it's of no value at all to me. :pat: :D

All turned out great. I had a hard time finding a freaking bottle to put the cake upside down on though. Once that was solved I was home free.
The chicken turned out good also. Fell off the bone, very tender.
