1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
2 tablespoons low-fat ranch salad dressing
1 (6 1/2 inch) whole-wheat pita
1 and 1/2 oz. sliced turkey breast
1 medium apple
Toss vegetables with dressing. Stuff into pita with turkey. Serve with apple on the side.
