1 (3oz.) package berry blue jello
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 (15oz.) can drained mandarin oranges
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. carton whipped topping
In a small pan, mix jello, pineapple, drained and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Cool. Stir in mandarin oranges. Chill until slightly thickened. Lastly fold in cottage cheese and whipped topping. Chill.
