Most of those sounded absolutely disgusting to me :yuk: but I probably do not have the seasoned taste buds like they do.

Shrimp cocktail and Seafood Gumbo for the salad and soup courses.

Deep Fried Catfish, Jalapeno Hush Puppies, Collard Greens and baked Sweet Taters for the main course.
