1.5 c of cornmeal
3 tbsp flour
2 tsp each - garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper to taste
Mix all together. Wash off 1-2 lbs of cod and squeeze dry. Cut in to pieces lengthwise. Deep fry in vegetable oil 350 degrees about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown :chef:

It's pretty course ground cornmeal - maybe try some polenta, that would work if you can't find any

You probably have a cornmeal mix Fred, where her recipe is calling for plain cornmeal
