This sounds delish, lifesaver! Copied and pasted.

Is the mustard dry mustard?

I'll share a recipe with you all that my grandmother taught me. It's called sweet and sour cucumbers and its easy to make.

2-4 cucumbers sliced thin
1 onion; sliced thin and rings separated

Place in a bowl and cover with water adding 5-6 T. salt and mixing to dissolve salt. Let stand for 30 - 45 minutes. Drain, but do not rinse. Add equal parts water, vinegar and sugar. I usually start out with 1 cup of each. Stir like crazy to dissolve the sugar and place in refrigerator until ready to devour! Enjoy!
