3-4 TBS. butter
5-med. onions, sliced thin (I like the sweet onions)
1/2-cup.whipping cream
1-tea. sugar
1/2-cups. flour
4-pork chops 3/4in. thick
3-TBS. evoo
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a frying pan. .When the butter is melted add your chopped onions. Cover and cook until the onions are nice and soft but don't let them brown. . Mix in the cream and sugar. Cook a few minutes longer. . Put some flour on each of the pork chops. Heat the oil up in a pan large enough to hold the 4 chops. Brown the pork chops on both sides and then put the pork chops into the onion cream mixture, cover your pan, reduce the heat and cook for 20 min or so until the chops are nice and tender. Add salt and pepper to taske.

Serve pork chops with sauce over them.:chef:
