I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but there really is a way to prepare califlour that tastes great!
Separate the fllorets.
Parboil until almost tender.
drain and cool.
dip in egg batter, and roll in flour/cornmeaL mix.
Deep fry in Canola or other mild oil until golden brown.
Pig out! :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
