Ingredients:

2 T butter or margarine
2 T flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1 large can tuna, salmon or mackeral
1 can sweet corn kernels, drained
1 onion, finely chopped

Parsley
Cornflakes

Method:

Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in the milk and heat till smooth and boiling. Fold in the drained fish, corn and onion. Pour into a casserole dish and crumble cornflakes over the top.

Bake at 350 until golden brown on top.

Serve with hot vegetables.
