Honey Baked Chicken

Chicken Baked In Honey.

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard
1 tblsp. lemon juice
3 tbls. butter
2 lb. chicken cut up

Combine first four ingredients in saucepan. Heat until melted, Pour over chicken placed in roasting pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours turning and basting occasionally.

Sounds good. I wonder how it would be if cooked on a grill?

We sometimes marinade chicken in Italian Dressiing overnight and then cook it on the grill. ummmmmm good.

It is awsome on the grill, you just have to very attentive because of the honey!
