Little green boxes

Can anyone explain to me what the green boxes are for and how to give them?? I'm confused....

They are Karma points and are explained in the FAQ completely. What it amounts to is every starts with one green box when they join, after that you get them based on how other members give them, but for every 100 karma points you get it adds another green box. To give them look in the upper right hand corner of a post and you will see #1, scales, and a red triangle with and ! point in the middle. Simply click on the scale and check approve or disapprove with a comment. Once you click add reputation points and done. You can't give them all to one person so you must spreed them around as well as limited to how many you can give in a day.
