Opps...forgot to add the recipe. LuckyTrim posted it to begin with!

B.O.T. Bites

16 to 20 cherry or grape tomatoes(try for the larger ones)
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used bac-o's once- Not the same)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley

Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top.

Scoop out and discard pulp.
Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel and allow to drain.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. mix well.
Carefully fill each tomato with the mixture
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Oh Lily-those look soooooooo good!!:thumb:

these look so tasty..

hey smoke king you can make these somewhat healthier now that you are watching what you eat..lol

Amanda has been buying 100% fat free kraft miracle whip and 100% philly cream cheese.. when eating the cream cheese uncooked, i really cant tell alot of difference in flavor

I made these myself a few days after it was posted and loved them also. My wife was a big fan of them as well.

Everyone takes such nice photos of their food... I just wanted to give it a try. Pretty blurry...but not too bad I guess for a beginner.

Food tasted better than it looked!

:)
