Dragon Eggs
12 Large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bleu cheese, crumbled up
1 TBL parsley, minced
1tsp Sriracha Chili sauce (or a little less)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 ribs celery, finely diced
paprika
Remove the yolk from each egg half and, in a medium-sized mixing bowl,
Mash 'em up. Add all other Ingredients except the celery. Fill each egg generously with the yolk mixture.
Garnish with diced celery, and dust lightly with paprika
