8-10 small red potatoes, scrubbed
Zatarain’s Crab Boil
Margarine
Minced garlic, to taste
Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning
Boil potatoes in Crab Boil, as much or as little as you like.
Coat a rectangular glass dish thats large enough for the potatoes with cooking spray.
Cut potatoes in half and put into dish, slightly mashing them
down.
Melt margarine and combine with garlic, then drizzle this over potatoes.
Sprinkle Creole Seasoning lightly over potatoes and bake (or
broil) for a few minutes until hot.
serves 4-6
