A mister with lemon juice can add a little pizzaz to this dish.

Bring a stick of butter to a simmer under low heat to a golden brown and sprinkle a tsp of Old Bay seasoning into the simmering butter, stir to even out in the saute pan. Add scallops cook each side 2.5-3 mins.

about a min before removing the scallops mist the scallops with the lemon juice and sprinkle a little old bay directly on the scallops.

You can also add 1/4 tsp of minced garlic to the saute.

Sides, fresh steamed green beans and baby carrots.

Do you have Boardwalk Fries in any off the shopping malls where you live, if you do they will have old bay. Its great on shrimp, fries . chicken but it won't go with most breakfast cereals...:yuk:

No I don't think I have heard of them, but it shouldn't be a problem to find it around here with all the specialty grocery stores!
