It's a philosophical term from a movement in India that existed about 3500 years ago. Basically they believed that past and future events are not, in anyway, connected to present events. I was intrigued and liked the word and it's a unique user name on the interwebs.

It's also an uncommon (I think) female name in India. I sometimes get hit on Indian men who think I'm someone else.

If you see vyapti on the net, it's probably me. I visit a couple cooking forums, a couple vegetarian forums and even a vegetarian cooking forum. I also have a blog and flickr account. I love food and food porn.

I used to be a voracious meat eater, but my doctor convinced me that I want to live past 50. I haven't eaten any animal products in nearly a year and my high blood pressure is under control and my cholesterol is all the way down to 199. It's even better when I exercise but Eugene is too wet to leave the house 6 months of the year =/
