The Sweetest Sweet Potato Casserole
¼ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup whipping cream
3 cups grated sweet potatoes (raw)
Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and beat well. Combine with cream and sweet potatoes.
Pour in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350º uncovered for 45 minutes.
Variation ;
Bake for 30 minutes; dot with miniature marshmallows and return to oven for 15 minutes more, or until marshmallows are melted to your liking.
