Tuna Chili Fusilli Casserole

1 pound Fusilli pasta (spirals)
1 TBL butter or margarine
1 TBL flour
1/2 cup milk
2 chicken stock cubes
1 pound frozen mixed vegetables or equivalent fresh diced
2 cans tuna in water, undrained
2 TBL sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to pkg instructions;drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour for one minute over medium
heat.
Add milk and chicken stock cubes. Stir well until cubes are dissolved. Add veggies and heat through.
Add tuna and pasta. Stir well. Add chili sauce.
Place in oven proof casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and heat in a 350 oven until cheese is golden.
