I plan on doing these more often. So easy. My wife's only complaint was that they needed more cheese. My wife is a cheese nut so that was not surprising...

That's what I said....Normally I put salsa right in with the other ingredients and that adds to the gooeyness. I think she was looking for that and wanted it from the cheese not realizing that the salsa does a lot of that when mixed with the cheese...
