Use 1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded.
Saute 1 lb ground beef (or veg crumbles+ 1 T oil) with a medium onion, chopped.
Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
In casserole, layer cabbage with the beef mixture until full.
Pour 1 can of undiluted tomato soup over the mix.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.
*Good over mashed potatoes!*
