1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
7 oz. can Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
3/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Finely chop chipotle peppers.
Mix peppers with mayo and sour cream. Fold in bacon and cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with Scoops or pita wedges.
